Truth be told I was skeptical walking into PWLC Durham my first time as I had tried several different diets & intense workout programs that had little success no matter how hard I tried, however I instantly connected w Nicole & her friendly upbeat personality. She’s incredibly knowledgeable & it’s evident that she’s passionate about helping people achieve their best health. What stuck out to me most was she never once tried to upsell or add anything additional that I didn’t need to be successful on the program. I also can’t stress enough how amazing communication/customer service has been when I’ve had questions & for appointment reminders. During my time with her she has celebrated my great weeks & instead of making me feel I failed on weeks that didn’t go as planned, she made me see the big picture & was my biggest cheerleader. For anyone on the fence deciding if this could be a good fit to gain control of their health & weight I would HIGHLY encourage to them to give it a try as PWLC Durham is very literally the reason I have succeeded.

All I can say is WOW!!! First off, if you are reading this review, you need to join Physicians Weight Loss (Durham) today! It is nothing short of AMAZING! The owners are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! They are so nice, kind and compassionate! You can tell that they care about you and have your best interest at heart. You get weekly inspirational messages and the one-on-one coaching is invaluable. Do something for you, you are worth it. This is definitely the best kept secret in Durham. I am so blessed to be a part of this family. Oh, and IT WORKS! :) I am so excited about my progress!!

This program WORKS!! If you can follow instructions, you can do this. Everything is easily mapped out for you. Nicole and Rob are fantastic and very encouraging!

Best weight loss center I have ever been to in Durham. Professional- caring and supportive of my goals. I dropped 60 lbs by doing their amazing plan. One thing is that you definitely have to be ready - and if you are not, then of course, you won't do it. You have to want it for yourself. The owners are wonderful and are very motivating. They listen and care. I get messages throughout my week of motivation and now on maintenance and I'm still maintaining my goal weight. It's the best thing I've ever done for myself.
